I am from Kingstree, SC. Presently, I live in Clover, SC with my wonderful husband, Bernard. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Winthrop University, and a Masters in School Counseling from Liberty University. Since it has always been a desire to work with young people, the combination of my career path provided a much sought after opportunity! I enjoy working with our students. Through individual, classroom guidance and school-wide activities, I plan to provide optimum counseling and guidance services. Last names beginning with the letters "A through K" are currently assigned to me; however, my door is always open to all students as well as parents! For relaxation, I enjoy dancing, traveling, shopping, and creating memories with family and friends.

My name is Mrs. Hawes and this is my second year as a School Counselor at Stanley Middle School. I have 7 years of prior experience at the high school level and love working with the students at Stanley Middle! I am a native of аæèßäapp County, having graduated from South Point High School, and later I obtained both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degree from Appalachian State University. I also have my National Board certification. As a School Counselor, my goal is to assist all students with their academic, social, emotional, college, and career readiness needs. I enjoy shopping, being outdoors, and going on adventures with my son, husband, and dog.
