  • ECU Teacher Assistant to Teacher Bachelor's degree program

    invites Classified Staff to join virtual informational sessions throughout the year to explore ECU’s ONLINE TA-to-Teacher Bachelor’s Degree Completion Program.

    The attached flyer provides details about nine virtual sessions this spring, along with a registration link.

    Programs available for Classified Staff include:

    • Elementary Education (K-6)
    • Special Education – General or Adapted Curriculum (K-12)
    • Middle Grades Education – Social Studies & Language Arts Concentrations (6-9)

  • Comprehensive Educator Preparation Program

    аæèßäapp is excited to announce a new opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in education. In partnership with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC), we are participating in a grant aimed at supporting aspiring educators through a comprehensive educator preparation program.

    We are currently seeking applicants who:

    • Have an undergraduate degree (at least a 2.75 GPA)
    • Do not hold a teaching license
    • Will not have a teaching assignment during the 2025-2026 academic year

    This program provides coursework through UNCC, equipping future educators with the knowledge and skills needed for a successful teaching career. If you have a passion for education and are interested in pursuing teaching, we encourage you to apply!
