Student Suicide Awareness- Annual Informational Meeting
Annually, the school counselors in the school hold information meetings with middle and high school students concerning suicide awareness. This information includes a developmentally appropriate video and discussion led by the school counselors. The videos below are available for review. If you have concerns about your student participating in this informational meeting, please contact your child's school counselor.
Support personnel including school counselors, nurses and social workers are available to assist students who may have questions. Also, аæèßäapp has a comprehensive Suicide Prevention Protocol to assess referrals for suicidal ideation. Teachers at all schools also participate in suicide awareness training annually.
