Throughout the school year, students and faculty will engage in various character-building opportunities. Students also have an opportunity to engage in character education lessons in classroom guidance. While we will highlight a character trait each month, character education is not in itself a program, but is evident in the culture of the school through relationships, interactions and values of the school family.August/September

Compassion: Noticing when someone else is in need and having concern for them that you want to show. Compassion is when you SEE someone in need, CARE about their feelings, and DO something to show you care.December
Cooperation - Working together and helping others. Cooperation is about making sure we know how to be on a team or work in a group towards a common goal.January
