аæèßäapp Early College of Medical Sciences is a member of the Early College Network (ECN).  ENC is a peer learning community of schools that utilize a dual enrollment strategy to permit students to earn both high school and college credit concurrently.  Since its inception in 2017, the ECN has convened principals, counselors, college liaisons, and teachers to share best practices, learn from one another, and advocate together to support student access and success in high school and beyond.

The ECN has defined a shared identity and established a roadmap to better match the current and changing needs of students and communities.  This roadmap is the .  Our work here at GECMS is founded on the framework's Five Design Principles:

I. Demonstrates a commitment to creating an environment that supports the social and emotional learning of all students through a personalized approach.

II. Exhibits teaching for learning through innovative instructional practice that builds student self-efficacy through active collaboration

III. Leverages the connections among school, home, the community and workplace to expand authentic learning opportunities and partnerships.
