We’re excited to inform you that our meal payments portal, TITAN Family Portal, has been upgraded to LINQ Connect. There’s no need to change your username and password. All your information will be transferred to the new app. Here are some exciting upgrades to enjoy:
- A simple, fresh look allows for better accessibility
- An interactive dashboard to view all family members in one profile
- A resource center to access help guides
- Streamlined menus help you see more with fewer clicks.
Visit your app store and find “LINQ Connect” available in the Google Play Store now and the Apple store available soon to download the new app and enjoy these new features. Just log in with your existing username and password. If you use a browser, visit to log in. If you don’t use our online meal payments portal, LINQ Connect allows you to set up one time or recurring payments for your student’s meal. You can also view previous transactions, set spending limits, transfer funds between students, set low-balance notifications and more. It’s an easy way to manage meal payments without the hassle of sending money.

LINQ Connect provides convenience and information to manage school meal accounts.
Visit to make deposits or monitor your student's meal account.LINQ Connect is provided as a service to families, parents and caregivers of students in аæèßäapp. While many of the features are free, a convenience fee is applied to support this vital service.
The following LINQ Connect features are provided at no cost:
- Account registration
- Mobile app
- Real-time account balance updates
- Upcoming menus with nutritional and allergen information
- Recent purchase details
- Transferring funds between your students’ accounts
- Low balance alerts (email or in-app)
When making a payment, LINQ Connect charges a convenience fee based on the amount of your payment. You may add multiple students in your household to a single transaction to avoid paying multiple fees.
LINQ Connect’s fee schedule:
- For standard payments up to $72.15, a fee of $2.85 will apply
- For large payments, a fee of 3.95% will apply to card payments
- For ACH payments directly from your bank account, a fee of $1.85 will apply
аæèßäapp does not receive any portion of the convenience fee. As a fee-free alternative, you may send cash or check payments to the school cafeteria with your student.To create a new account, log onto . Follow the onscreen directions and register your student using his or her Student ID number. The Student ID number can be obtained by contacting your school's Cafeteria Manager or the School Nutrition offices at (704) 836-9110.
