Anxiety/Stress
This is an excellent webpage for help with stress and anxiety.
Best practices for handling stress:
1. Don't Procrastinate
2. Take deep breaths, breath in through your nose and out through your mouth
3. Take a walk, run, or do another type of exercise
4. Listen to music
5. Take time for yourself, get away from whatever is causing you stress
6. Talk it out with someone
7. Use positive self-talk
8. Take a short nap, power naps (15-20 minutes) are very helpful and beneficial
9. Eat well-balanced meals and drink plenty of water
10. Know your limitations and rest before it becomes overwhelming
